According to point (f) of Article 3 of Decree-Law No. 74/2006, of 24 March (as amended by Decree-Law No. 65/2018, of 16 August), the admission requirements are as follows:
Holders of a bachelor's degree or legally equivalent qualification;
Holders of a foreign higher academic degree awarded upon completion of a first cycle of studies, organised in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a state that is a signatory to this Process;
Holders of a foreign higher academic degree recognised in Portugal under the terms of Decree-Law No. 283/83, of 21 June, Decree-Law No. 341/2007, of 12 October, and Decree-Law No. 66/2018, of 16 August.
