Provider Message


 

In accordance with number 1 of Article 39 of the Statutes of the Northern Health School of Portuguese Red Cross (ESSNorteCVP) and, by decision and appointment of the Board of Directors, I assumed the role of Student Ombudsman.
Before the academic community of ESSNorteCVP, I thank you for the trust now placed and I am committed to promoting and advocating for the safeguarding of students' rights, with the spirit of transparency, equanimity, impartiality and institutional collaboration that the position requires. The Provider's action is always student-oriented and is naturally part of the promotion of academic excellence and a differentiating environment favorable to the growth and development of students – which are the Provider's main concern.
The Ombudsman's aim is to provide proactive provision with full availability to contribute, participate and defend the rights and legitimate interests of all students and, at the same time, promote an institutional dialogue of complementarity, with active participation being of utmost importance of students in this fixed desire of always wanting the best.
With this purpose, the Ombudsman will always be available to listen to students, their aspirations – complaints or grievances, but will also be an attentive “listener” of proposals and solutions for the continuous improvement of the Institution that welcomes you - and that is yours - the ESSNorteCVP.
