Human Training and Development Unit
Continuous formation
Training that encompasses all organized and institutionalized training processes subsequent to initial professional training with a view to allowing adaptation to technological and technical transformations, favoring the social promotion of individuals, as well as allowing their contribution to cultural, economic and social development.

In-Service Training
All training acquired, through experience, in the exercise of a profession or professional activity.

The qualification of teaching and non-teaching employees is achieved through participation in ongoing training and in-service training programs aimed at updating employees, creating conditions for promotion and progression, with a view to continuous improvement.
This structure develops training for internal and external employees in the area of Health.
