Administrative services
The Administrative Services of ESSNorteCVP are functional units, hierarchically organized, oriented towards the technical and administrative support necessary for the functioning of the School and its entire organizational structure, within the scope of its Mission and in compliance with the requirements of the Internal Guarantee and Management System of Quality.

Academic Services (SAC)

The main objective of ESSNorteCVP's Academic Services is the administrative management of students' school processes, also ensuring service to students, teachers and the general public.
The Academic Services are responsible for developing technical and administrative support actions within the scope of initial and postgraduate training, ensuring the updating of databases and managing all processes that affect the student's academic life, from enrollment/registration until completion of the study cycle.

Accounting, Treasury and Procurement Service (SCTA)

Pedagogical Secretariat (SECPED)

The Pedagogical Secretariat is an office that provides pedagogical support mainly to Teachers and Students on current courses.
The main functions and responsibilities of the Pedagogical Secretariat, in the internal organization of the School, essentially involve collaborating with course coordinators and establishing contacts with bodies and/or Institutions, within the scope of pedagogical management.

Technical and IT Services (STI)

Technical and IT services carry out their activities in the areas of repair, maintenance, conservation and operability of technical, technological and audiovisual facilities and equipment in accordance with the School's needs.
Opening hours: Monday and Thursday from 11am to 8pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 2pm to 10pm.
