The CAQ promotes permanent monitoring of the SIGQ, particularly with regard to the level of execution of Objective Planning; the collection of indicators and application of a satisfaction questionnaire to interested parties, the relevance and applicability of action plans for improvement and their evaluation, as well as the effectiveness of actions to address risks and opportunities. From this process, a management review report is produced annually, which reflects the functioning of the SIGQ, identifying the difficulties encountered, strengths and weaknesses of the system, and proposing improvement measures arising from the identified improvement opportunities. This annual activity report systematizes the set of actions developed by the Council for Quality Assessment (CAQ), in order to highlight a dynamic and efficient Internal Quality Assurance and Management System (SIGQ), which supports the mission of ESSNorteCVP, its vision and values. The SIGQ integrated the national references of A3ES (2016), formulated in terms of propositions that characterize internal quality assurance systems in line with European standards (ESG 2015) and applicable legal requirements. In this sense, it reinforced the reference framework in the application of audit criteria with a view to the future certification of the SIGQ by A3ES (2016), as well as in maintaining certification in accordance with the reference standard NP 9001:2015, by APCER, within the scope “Higher health education, including research and development.
