Objetivos de Aprendizagem e competências a Desenvolver

- Conceptualising the application of core knowledge in nursing and strategies for its development; - Promoting innovation in advanced nursing practice in contemporary healthcare in the face of emerging health needs; - Promoting the scientific development of the nursing discipline and profession in the current context of research; - Training for decision-making in accordance with ethical principles, values and deontological standards; - Adapting leadership and resource management to situations and contexts, with a view to guaranteeing quality care and safe appropriations.
