Métodos de ensino

Expository and interactive methodology in the development of theoretical classes. Demonstrative and interactive methodology in theoretical-practical classes. Problem-based learning methodology for understanding through educational planning based on meaningful learning scenarios (using simulation) on family assessment and intervention. Learning methodologies aimed at solving problems sensitive to nursing care for the family as a care unit, using the creation of assessment and intervention protocols for the family. Use of the e-learning platform for guided study, discussion and reflection. Continuous assessment = Frequency (50%) + Assessment protocol with proposed intervention to a family as a client (25%) + Practical component (25%).


Objetivos de Unidade Curricular

1- Know the models and theories of assessment and family intervention and family intervention strategies, with
emphasis on family organization and functioning;2- Apply theories and models of systemic approach to the family;
3- Develop knowledge at the level of assessment and intervention to the family;
4- Apply family assessment instruments based on family assessment and intervention models;
5- Train the systemic interview with the family and family intervention techniques;
6- Apply knowledge about protection programs, individual health promotion and social development and disease
prevention and management;
7- Valuing family and social support networks;
8- Understand the nursing process for the individual and family.

1 - Assessment and intervention models in Family Health Nursing (MDAIF);
2- Systemic family interview and family intervention techniques;
3 - Health promotion and protection throughout the life cycle of the individual and the family: healthy lifestyle;
4 - Surveillance of the individual and family for self-management of the disease;
5 - Collaborative management of people with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hypocoagulation, smoker, with problems
related to alcohol and tuberculosis.
6- Nursing process for the family: focuses, assessment strategies, diagnoses and interventions for nursing practice in
the domain of family processes and roles, resulting from developmental, disease and situational health transitions that
occur throughout the life cycle.
