Expository and interactive methodology in the development of theoretical classes allows that, through the demonstrative and interactive methodology in classes of theoretical-practical typology, applied by problem-based learning, they allow education and understanding of the concepts to support a prescription of therapeutic exercise appropriate to the specifics of the population or person.

Objetivos de Unidade Curricular

• Assess in an integrated way the physical fitness of individuals with different health conditions
• Prescribe and guide physical exercise according to the physical fitness of individuals with different health conditions
• Implement physical exercise programs for specific individuals and/or populations, with different health conditions
• Supervise physical exercise programs aimed at specific individuals and/or populations Implement prevention measures, strategies to promote healthy lifestyles, through therapeutic physical exercise programs in specific contexts.
