Métodos de ensino

Expositive and interactive methodology in the development of theoretical classes. Demonstrative and interactive methodology in theoretical-practical typology classes. And finally, more active methodologies in practical and laboratory classes for the development of experimental skills. Problem-based learning methodology and understanding education will be applied through educational planning based on meaningful learning scenarios (simulation) in laboratory practice classes. Use of biofeedback equipment for practice with discussion and reflection with peer feedback method in improving practice in simulated clinical context

Objetivos de Unidade Curricular

  • Explore motor control by intervention techniques, sensory processing mechanisms, somatic sensory system components and physiological bases of pain, vision and hearing;
  • To deepen the impact of biofeedback intervention as a promoter of motor control in a simulated clinical context.
  • Understand intervention techniques in different types of pain, mechanisms and processes; Apply pain modulation techniques in a simulated clinical context;
  • Understand the intervention techniques in different types of vestibular dysfunction, mechanisms and integrated system;
  • Apply intervention techniques in vestibular system dysfunctions;
  • Understand the evidence diagnostic technologies as a current evaluation model for the intervention in physiotherapy.
