The teaching methodology will follow an expository and participatory method, focused on the student, integrating the future need of the described contents, allowing a better understanding of them. Clinical cases will be used to allow an active participation of the students in the class, facilitating the comprehension and the importance of this unit into the global aspects of the profession, which will put the goal of learning on needs. The continuous evaluation will comprise one exam with a total value of 70% and an individual report laboratorial for 30%.
- Know the analytic semiology concept;
- Correlate the analytic results (laboratory-clinic) with the clinic information of patients;
- Understand the clinic utility of analytic parameters, applying knowledge in the diagnosis and monitoring of different pathologies;
- Use the medical terms in the interdisciplinary communication;
- Evaluate and interpretation clinical cases, identify and select the most appropriate analytical profiles for each clinical case.
