Candidates from Foreign Higher Education Institutions (Specifics)

Additional Documents:
In addition to the general documents, referred to in numbers 1 to 4 of the applicable regulation, the following additional documents must also be presented:
- Document from the General Directorate of Higher Education proving the level of the course as higher according to the legislation of the country in question in which you were or are enrolled and enrolled;
- Document issued by the Ministry of Guardianship services in the country of origin, declaring that the course is defined as higher education by the legislation of the respective country.
The candidate may have to present other additional documentation, deemed convenient by the Jury.

Knowledge of the Portuguese language:
Attendance of the degree study cycle requires an independent command of the Portuguese language (level B2, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Candidates who only have an intermediate level of command of the Portuguese language (level B1, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) can apply, as long as they commit to taking a Portuguese course with a view to obtaining the level B2.
Confirmation of enrollment/registration at ESSNorteCVP is dependent on obtaining level B1 in Portuguese.
With the exception of those who have attended secondary education in Portuguese, candidates for this regime must:
- Self-declare that you have level B1 or higher in Portuguese;
- Present an Elementary Diploma of Portuguese as a Foreign Language or a B1 certificate, issued by a reputable entity.
Until level B2 is reached, the student is obliged to re-enroll in the Portuguese course, until they reach the aforementioned level of command of the Portuguese language.
