Change of Pair/Institution
Changing the institution/course pair is the act by which a student enrolls and/or enrolls in a different institution/course pair from the one(s) in which, in previous academic years, they registered.
The change of institution/course pair can take place with or without interruption of enrollment and enrollment at a higher education institution.
This regime also applies to students who have been enrolled and enrolled in a foreign higher education institution on a course defined as higher education by the legislation of the country in question, and have not completed it.
Students who:
a) Have been enrolled and enrolled in another institution/course and have not completed it;
b) Have taken the national secondary education exams corresponding to the entrance tests set for that pair, for that year, within the scope of the general admission (1) ;
c) Have, in these exams, the minimum classification required by the higher education institution, in that year, within the scope of the general admission (2) .
(1) and (2) – For students who entered higher education through special admissions, these conditions can be replaced by the application of those referred to in Article 12, of Ordinance No. 181-D/2015, of 19 December June.
Candidates from Foreign Higher Education Institutions
All documents referred to above must be authenticated by the official services of the respective country of origin and delivered in a translated version into Portuguese, with a translation recognized by the Portuguese diplomatic or consular authority or bear the Hague Convention apostille.
It is not mandatory to translate documents whose original language is Spanish, French or English, as long as they are duly authenticated.

Registration
Candidates placed in the special admission must, within the deadline stipulated for this purpose, proceed with registration/registration by submitting the following documentation:
- Prerequisite, Group A – Medical declaration ( Deliberation no. 316/2024, of March 13, 2024 )
- Photograph, in color, passport size
- Complete and updated Vaccination Report OR vaccination history ( SNS Portal )

It does not dispense with consulting the applicable Regulations.

Re-entry Request: €40
Annual Registration/Registration Fee (includes school insurance and student card): €390
The annual tuition fee will be calculated based on the number of ECTS credits to be completed by the student.
Payments of fees due are made by Multibanco Reference.
There is no need to consult the Regulations for Payment of Fees, Fees and Tuition Fees, on this page .
Special conditions
> Application Fee Exemption for:
> 10% discount on the total tuition fee, when paid in full, at the beginning of the academic year.
> 5% discount on the total tuition fee, when paid in two installments (six-monthly).

Re-entry
Re-entry is the act by which a student, after interrupting studies at a higher education institution/course pair, enrolls in the same institution and enrolls in the same course or a course that followed it.
Re-entry is carried out at the Academic Services by completing an internal document and paying the applicable fee.
