Application Conditions
This special admission covers holders of the following educational and training offers of double certification at secondary level, granting level 4 qualification of the National Qualifications Framework:
- Professional courses;
- Learning courses;
- Education and training courses for young people;
- Sectoral courses from the Turismo de Portugal, IP school network;
- Specialized artistic courses;
- Professional training courses within the scope of the Training Program for the Insertion of Young People in the Autonomous Region of the Azores.

Students with:
- Specialized artistic courses at secondary level in the field of music;
- Courses from a Member State of the European Union, legally equivalent to Portuguese secondary education, providing dual certification, educational and professional, and providing qualification level 4 of the European Qualifications Framework;
- Other non-Portuguese courses, legally equivalent to Portuguese secondary education, providing double certification, academic and professional, in situations where the candidates in question have Portuguese nationality.

The areas of education and training of double certification courses at secondary level and specialized artistic courses that allow application for each cycle of Bachelor's degree studies - 1st Cycle (subject to update):

The application for a degree study cycle is subject to the established conditions, and the assessment of the ability to attend must cumulatively consider:

Specific Conditions
With a weighting of 50% , the final course classification obtained by the student;
With a weighting of 20% , the classifications obtained:

  1. In the professional aptitude test, in the case of holders of professional courses;
  2. In the final aptitude test, in the case of apprenticeship course graduates;
  3. In the final assessment test, in the case of holders of education and training courses for young people;
  4. In the final assessment tests of the modules included in the curricular plans of the courses organized in accordance with Ordinance No. 57/2009, of January 21, in its current wording, in the case of holders of those courses;
  5. In the final assessment tests of tourism skills of courses organized in accordance with the decree of the Government members responsible for the areas of tourism, education and professional training, in the case of holders of sectoral courses from the Turismo de Portugal school network , IP;
  6. In the artistic aptitude test, in the case of holders of specialized artistic courses;
  7. In the final assessment test, in the case of holders of professional training courses within the scope of the Training Program for the Insertion of Young People of the Autonomous Region of the Azores.

With a weighting of 30% , the classifications of theoretical or practical tests evaluating knowledge and skills considered essential for entry and progression in the study cycle for which you are applying.
Access and entry under the special admission referred to in this article depends on the candidate obtaining ratings equal to or greater than 95 points, on a scale from 0 to 200, in each of the evaluation elements referred to in the previous paragraph.

Application documents
Applications for the special admission are made by completing and submitting the electronic form online on the InforEstudante platform, accompanied by the following documents:
- Civil identification document (Identity Card, Citizen Card, Passport or legal equivalent);
- Tax identification document;
- Power of attorney sufficient for this purpose, if the request is presented by someone other than the person;
- You can also attach a Curriculum vitae with emphasis on the process in question, attached to the documentation proving the elements contained therein (namely, other training and professional experience);
- Proof of qualification from the secondary level dual certification course or specialized artistic course (with final course classification, achievement in subjects and respective classification);
- Proof of classification of the test applicable to the course you hold
- Proof of classifications of theoretical or practical tests evaluating knowledge and skills considered essential for entry and progression in the study cycle for which you are applying.

Registration
Candidates placed in the special competition must, within the deadline stipulated for this purpose, proceed with registration/registration by submitting the following documentation:
- Prerequisite, Group A – Medical declaration ( Deliberation no. 316/2024, of March 13, 2024 )
- Photograph, in color, passport size
- Complete and updated Vaccination Report OR vaccination history ( SNS Portal )

Seriation
The application grade for ranking purposes is the one resulting from the calculation of the application of the following cumulative criteria:
- With a weighting of 50%, the final course classification obtained by the student;
- With a weighting of 20%, the classification of the final exams of the respective courses;
- With a weighting of 30%, the classifications of theoretical or practical tests evaluating knowledge and skills considered essential for entry and progression in the study cycle for which you are applying.
Candidates are placed in descending order of the ordered list resulting from the calculation of the application grade.

Fees
Application Fee for Tests – Special Admissions: €150
Application Fee – Special Admissions: €150 (not applicable to candidates who took the test at ESSNorteCVP in the year of application) .
Annual Registration Fee – 1st Year (includes school insurance and student card): €390

Annual course fee: €3,420.00.
In the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years, payment can be made in full at the time of registration/enrollment or in 11 monthly installments. In the 1st year, payment can be made in full at the time of registration/enrollment or in 10 monthly installments.
Payments of fees due are made by Multibanco Reference.
There is no need to consult the Regulations for Payment of Fees, Fees and Tuition Fees, on this page .

Special conditions
> Application Fee Exemption for:

  • Volunteers from the Portuguese Red Cross, active, duly proven;
  • Family members (father, mother, spouse, brother and son) who join in the same year and
  • Family members (father, mother, spouse, brother and son) of former students of the School.

> 10% discount on the total tuition fee, when paid in full, at the beginning of the academic year.
> 5% discount on the total tuition fee, when paid in two installments (six-monthly).
